*A medical questionnaire must be completed in order to participate in the exercise program.

Monday mornings 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Tuesday mornings: 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Wednesday mornings: 9 am – 10 am

Thursday mornings: 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Friday mornings: 9 am – 10 am

Tuesday and Thursday nights: 7 pm – 8 pm
